Hi, My name is Jay, as drummming goes I was a late starter, but in my time playing I have been in various bands from original rock to covers bands and still am in quite a successful covers band called 45rpm.
Out of the drum throne I am a PC hardware technician, and run my own business Probytes Computers.
Other hobbies include online gaming mainly "Live for speed" an online racing simulator the closest thing to real racing I'll ever get my paws on. Also for the more chilled out times Albatross 18 a golfing game with a difference. I love music and have been known to spend the odd evening fishing around my local area Holyhead which is a mecca for fishermen from all over the UK.

Now my main kit is a Tama Starclassic in birch natural finish 10" 12" 14" 22". I also own a 92 Premier Projector bought as a 5 piece I have added a 10" tom so it's 10" 12" 13" 16" with a 20"x18" bass drum whole kit has REMO pinstripes on it and the bass drum has a Remo powerstroke III fitted . Aquired at the same purchase was a Ludwig 400 snare, I use this for all occasions apart for the covers band where I still use the Acrolite both are great snares. Both fitted with Evans power reverse dot heads. I play a mixture of Sabian and Paiste cymbals with a stagg splash 10" and a Wuhan China 18".

I now own the kit of my dreams a Tama Starclassic in Birch. I still want to adourn this in paiste 2002's or some lovely Paiste sigs, when I have the money I'll decide by sound which suits me. And a SAAB Sportswagon the slickest machine I can fit the kit into.
